The time-consuming process (from interpreting ones clients initial mandate till successful delivery and installation of material) involves many stages or phases.

Misguided interpretation or understanding of these stages (coupled with communication concerns) can sometimes lead to regrettable and unwarranted conflicts.

This is where our ASSESSMENT and MEDIATION CONSULTANCY SERVICE has the objective of providing an objective assessment report to all parties involved.

 

WHY WE OFFER THIS SERVICE:

Having a combined 50 years experience in the wholesale AND retail tile industries, DÉCOR8 assessors understand the importance of providing independent evaluators when disputes arise between buyers and sellers.

Our objective is to OBSERVE, REPORT and MEDIATE (only when requested) in order to find amicable solutions.

These assessments encompass ALL WALL AND FLOOR surface covering applications - specialising in ceramic/porcelain tiles, mosaics and LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles)

 

HOW IT WORKS :

•When called upon, our assessors will personally arrange to meet with all concerned parties on a date and time that is convenient for all.

•The assessment is recommended to be held at the location of the dispute. It remains very important to meet in a place that is agreeable to all involved.

•When we meet, our (Decor8 PTY) objective is to ensure all parties are able to voice their concerns in each others presence. This process is controlled by our trained assessors who will not allow any meeting to become confrontational.

•Once a satisfactory discussion is complete, DECOR8 will provide a fully comprehensive report on suggested ways forward.
